And being friends, they can learn from each other and help each other. Females and males are complementary to each other. For example, females are careful while males are careless; females are unable to manage hard physical labor while males are born for that. It is obvious that they can really learn from each other. What’s more, they can help each other. Males and females think in different ways, which is helpful when they are working together, especially when making a decision, because various opinions can widen their horizon and broaden their mind so that they can finish their tasks perfectly.

emmmm, it sounds nice, but actually, it won't work!
When some one is asking for another's opion, actually, he/she is trying to persuade people to follow his/her suit.
There are a lot to be discuss regarding this topic, but can you first give us some sucessful example of this opion?
