[shopaholic] Shopping iTunes

Okay, admit it -- I LOVE shopping. Shopping is great. From fashion to
kitchen wares, from furniture to books, isn't it great to have brought
something you like back home?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Maybe iPods haven't been that popular in China, but believe me -- almost everyone in the U.S. has an iPod. With an iPod, I started shopping songs at iTunes store too.

Finding songs aren't difficult, since you can search by song types, singers, albums, even part of the singer names or song names or album names... If you really have no idea about what you want to get, you can always look at Editor's pick or the recent hot songs.

Before you click the "purchase" button, you can always listen to a 30 second demo. Of course, 30 second seems to be too little, but you can still decide if you want that song or not.

Payment is simple too. What surprised me, though, is that there's no additional tax. So the price tag next to the song is the price you'll be charged.

Last time I spent $9.99 on 17 songs... keekee, I think it was a bargain!!

Still, I purchase CD's if I feel that it's worth keeping an CD on my bookshelf...
i do see some under holding ipod or nano around, but quite limited. probably, it is just true for a certain population.
丘灵 2007-3-30 12:12

kee, do you have an iPod then?

I usually keep the mp3 around when outside, and my old CD lies on my bookshelf quietly, with a scornful glimpse at my new computer.
Maybe an ipod is the next choice after my mp3's retirement.

no, I don't have ipod or nano or ishuffle. it is out of budget. what I usually carry with is a noname branded 128M Mp3 which was bought 5 years before. It still works well, amazing. and it is good enough for those chinese style talk shows. hehe.
丘灵 2007-4-1 15:41

well, Fishie, iPod's battery is okay, at least it could guarantee 5-6 hours... Charging the battery is quick too.
鱼儿 2007-4-1 15:49

I mean it breaks down easily, maybe 2 years, and it no longer works.

丘灵 2007-4-4 10:09
