I used to stay on bed until I could fall asleep...<br/><br/>Sometimes I may get up and read a book, sometimes I may get online again... <br/>[em01][em01]<br/><br/>If I couldn't sleep because I'm hungry, then I'll find something to eat.<br/><br/>If someone's in the same room with me, I'll probably wake him/her up... <br/>[em01][em01][em01]<br/><br/>BTW, I tried taking sleeping pills once, but the effect was horrible: not only that I couldn't sleep for the entire night, my heart beat extremely fast... <br/>

<p>Some advice:</p><p>1.have a shower everytime before you go to bed.(shower gels that contain lavender may help you to feel more relaxed)</p><p>2.don't drink too much water at night.</p><p></p><p>Well,to be honest, 'can't fall into sleep' has never ever been my problem,but instead,getting up in the morning is always a difficult thing for me.</p><p>er.....so,if any of you have some good ways that would make me not to be a sleepy head anymore,I would like to hear them~~~</p><p>[em07]</p>

So far I don't have a roommate, so... nobody's getting that lucky!!! <br/><br/>Falling asleep has been quite a problem for me, so one of my friends gave me some lavender and asked me to put it near my pillow. It might help... I don't know... but I don't really feel that sleepy around the pillow anyway...<br/>

Basically I'm most energetic after sleeping for 5-6 hours... not that I won't feel tired for the entire day, but at least I won't doze off or always think about "sleep"... <br/><br/>It's actually kind of interesting: the busier I am, the less sleep I require, but the more sleep I want... <br/><br/>Anyway, I just remember that I have forgotten to say something about my "pre-sleep" habit: doing a few sudoku before sleep time... The only problem is that I usually get "boost up" from the logic game... <br/>

doing sudoku before sleep? i don't think it is a good habit, hehe. some sudoku is really tricky and makes people hard to fall into sleep.

to loveflower: that's sooooo true! So that's why I've sleeping disorder... haha. But I just couldn't help it... : ) <br/><br/>(What I'm hoping is that I may get sooooo tired from the sudoku, then I could sleep.) <br/>
