煮鸡蛋还能不会？……怎么都可以吃的啊……

溏心的鸡蛋都吃过,谁能煮出蛋黄熟,蛋清不熟的蛋?

难道是用微波炉？只知道它加热是从里面开始的，也不知道会不会蛋黄先熟……

说起微波炉我倒想问问各位谁知道微波炉工作的原理？我个人猜想是不是，微波炉内放出a射线能让食物内的原子内的原子核运动，从而产生热能，不过为什么会先从里面开始热呢？

Microwave is just a traveling wave of the oscillating electrical field.
If the molecules in the materials (it’’s water for food most of the time) has some polarization produced by the negtive and positive charges which are not overlaping completely. Then the positive and negtive charges will oscillate driven by the electrical force and get more and more energy from the electrical field (microwave). Then the material will be heated up. That’’s also a reason why we can’’t use common glass to hold the food when it’’s baking since it may contain some materials which have polarized molecules.
