DOG CAT PIG RABBIT 后面跟的应该是哪个？
选项：APE  EWE  EAGLE  ERNE  LAMB
What's ur opinion abt it?

I will choose APE.
1) They are all mammals. (Exclude Eagle and Erne)
2) Each one of them represents one general kind of animals. (Exclude Ewe, Erne and Lamb)

Well,that is to say, u might not choose the ape out with just one reason u mentioned above.
My first glimpse is the short vowel（Dog, Cat, Pig, Rabbit & Lamb）, while others r long vowel or diphthong (Ape, Eagle, Ewe & Erne). Anyway, it seems not so strong enough here.
Anybody else has some other inspirations?

Using the technique for exams, I will still choose Ape. You can select either Ewe or Lamb, or, either Eagle or Erne. If there is only a single answer, it has to be Ape. Ha!

Anyway, another answer is Eagle. Reason: G(dog) T(cat) G(pig) T(rabbit) -> G(eagle).

I choose Lamb for the following two reasons:
1 the same reason as wxr021 stated
2 I just LOVE lamb chop. =)
