摘  要：用电负荷预测要根据电网的用电负荷特性，充分考虑各种因素；用电负荷预测结果应达到一定精度；用电负荷预测的对象很多，应根据实际需求，对不同的对象有重点的进行预测；用电负荷预测要用科学的方法，根据不同的预测对象，建立一定的数学模型；用电负荷预测是电力系统安全经济运行和电网规划不可缺少的组成部分；用电负荷预测应深入分析研究用电负荷特性和变化规律，努力提高用电负荷预测准确率。
