I tried to make chocolate... Guess what? It's easy to make you very own Valentine's chocolate too!
Prepare:
1. cooking chocolate (normal chocolate is okay too, though it might taste a bit strange)
2. plastic mould (heart shaped preferred)
3. other ingredients: pecans, almonds... whatever you like
Procedure:
1. Boil some hot water
2. Cut the chocolate into small pieces and put them into a bowl on top of the hot water (i.e. a water bath for the chocolate)
3. Stir the chocolate until it melts smoothly
4. Add in the ingredients you want to add! (this step is optional)
5. Pour the chocolate mix into plastic mould
6. Put the mould into the freezer
7. After the chocolate has fixed its shape, slowly move the mould so that the chocolate will drop out
8. And you've got your own Valentine's chocolate!
NOTE:
a) I tried putting the chocolate pieces into microwave, and it works fine, too! So you don't have to boil the water if you don't want to.
b) Freezing time is... variable... depends on what you put into the chocolate...
